The Solomon Islands Government has been announced as the platinum sponsor of the 2025 Miss Pacific Islands Pageant.
The highly anticipated event is set to take place in the Solomon Islands in early February.
This year’s event will feature a remarkable lineup of eight contestants representing Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Kiribati, Nauru, Cook Islands, Tonga, American Samoa, and the Solomon Islands.
Key government ministries that are backing the event, include the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Ministry of Culture & Tourism, the Ministry of Women, Youth, Children and Family Affairs, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The Miss Pacific Islands Pageant aims to celebrate the rich cultures of the Pacific
while promoting community engagement and tourism in the host nation.
Last year’s Miss Pacific Islands Pageant was held in Nauru from January
28 to February 4, 2024. Last year’s results were as follows:

● First Runner Up: Papua New Guinea
● Second Runner Up: Nauru
● Third Runner Up: Marshall Islands
● Fourth Runner Up: American Samoa
