The Ministry of National Planning and Development Coordination (MNPDC), in collaboration with the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) project team, convened Human Resource Managers from nine key government ministries and agencies on August 31 to prepare for the program’s third batch of scholarship nominations.
A statement from JDS said the briefing session focused on presenting revised selection procedures and updated entry requirements.
The joint initiative aims to ensure that future scholarship nominations align directly with the professional career paths of public officers and the long-term operational needs of their respective institutions.
During the session, ministry representatives and JDS program officials reviewed screening protocols designed to establish a transparent and effective evaluation framework.
