Our Telekom has officially announced the release of its new prepaid mobile data packages under the “Redhot Giga Plans,” marking a step forward in its commitment to provide better value, affordability, and choice for Solomon Islanders.
The new plans, launched today, are designed to meet the diverse needs of customers across the country by catering to different income levels and internet usage habits.
Options range from short-term, budget-friendly data bundles to premium monthly plans, giving users more flexibility than ever before.
The updated data bundles include 1GB for $6 (1 day), 4GB for $10 (1 day), 10GB for $18 (2 days), 16GB for $30 (4 days), 20GB for $50 (6 days), 25GB for $98 (12 days), and 35GB for $200 (30 days).
Fulfilling an Earlier Promise
The launch of these new data plans comes as part of Our Telekom’s earlier pledge to continuously improve its services, expand internet accessibility, and provide more affordable options for Solomon Islanders.
This was after public backlash on its data plans in September 2025, where the Opposition Leader Mattew Wale also issued a statement.
Over the past years, the company has invested heavily in network infrastructure and digital platforms to support the growing demand for internet access, particularly for education, business, health, and innovation.
When it introduced its digital transformation agenda in previous years, Our Telekom promised customers better value bundles, wider coverage, and customer-focused solutions.
The Redhot Giga Plans represent a concrete step in delivering on that promise, giving subscribers a fairer balance between cost, data volume, and validity.

In a statement, the company encouraged customers to use the internet wisely and purposefully—especially in business, education, and health—while emphasizing the role of digital connectivity in fostering innovation and supporting the economic and social development of the Solomon Islands.
The new plans are now available for purchase through the Our Telekom Marketplace by dialing *155# or via the Our Telekom mobile app.
