The Solomon Kings Football Club has received a major boost ahead of its participation in the inaugural OFC Pro League, thanks to a SBD $100,000 (approx. USD $12,000) donation from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Solomon Islands.
The donation was officially received by Mr Donald Marahare, SIFF President and Chairman of Solomon Kings FC, alongside SIFF CEO Leonard Paia.
This vital support will significantly contribute to the club’s preparations and ongoing development.
The Solomon Kings FC interim Management expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Chinese Embassy for its commitment to ensure that Solomon Kings FC representing the dreams and hopes of many Solomon Islands young rising football stars fulfils its dream to be part of the OFC inaugural and historical Professional League in the Oceania Football Confederation.
